Our Projects
A large-scale water filtration system installation for a local school district to ensure safe and clean drinking water for students and staff. A water softening system installation for a hotel chain to improve the quality of their guests’ shower and bath water. A reverse osmosis system installation for a food and beverage manufacturing company to improve the quality of their water for production processes. A custom-designed water filtration system for a luxury high-rise apartment complex to provide residents with high-quality drinking and cooking water.
Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
Water treatment refers to processes used to make water more acceptable for a desired end-use. The goal of all water treatment is to remove existing contaminants in the water or reduce the concentration of such contaminants. One such use is returning water that has used back into the natural environment without adverse ecological impact.
Water Softeners remove hardness from water by a process know as ion exchange. The media called resin; in the softener is charged with sodium ions. When the hardness ions come in contact with the resin beads the hardness ions are collected and the sodium ions are released, thus the term ion exchange. The hardness ions are exchanged for sodium ions. The typical cations found in the raw water are exchanged within the resin bed for sodium.
Our Treatments :
- Ion Exchange Plants for Softening, Demineralization and Dealkalaization
- Reverse Osmosis Plant (R.O.)
- Pressure Sand Filters/Activated Carbon Filters
- Ultraviolet/Ozone Disinfection
- Nano/Ultra-filtration (NF/UF) Systems
- Sea water/Brackish water Desalination Plant
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
Sewage treatment is the process of removing contaminants from sewage in both, domestic and commercial establishments. It includes physical, chemical and biological processes. Its objective is to produce an environmentally safe effluent that can be discharged and a solid waste suitable for disposal or reuse.
- Moving Bed Bio-film Reactor (MBBR)
- Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR)
- Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR)
Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
Several industrial processes result in the formation of a variety of effluents. These effluents are toxic and cannot be discharged due to the negative impact on the environment. Therefore, effluent treatment plants are installed to ensure that the contaminants in process fluids are isolated so that the non-toxic components can be safely discharged. ETP’s can involve either biological or chemical processes and in some instances as combination of both. A more recent generation of ETP’s are the Zero Liquid Discharge Plants. As the name suggests, these plants only produce a solid waste to be disposed. Doshiba has experience in treating complex and corrosive effluents rich in chrome and nickel.
- Biological Treatment
- Physicochemical Treatment
- Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Plants
- Electro Coagulation
- Mechanical Evaporators
- Agitated Thin Film Dryers (ATFD)
Doshiba Water Treatment
Doshiba is a dedicated marketplace for all water treatment solutions. The organization offers reliable service for various sectors like domestic, commercial, and industrial purposes. We improve the quality of water by completely eliminating the harmful particulates and thus making us a preferred choice for procuring RO based water purifiers and water treatment plants in a cost effective way.
